Provence Tree

Beside the Lavender fields there is much more to see in the Provence. Especially I love the golden corn fields combined with an interesting sky. Enclosed two version of the same spot but with different development settings.

Silence after Harvest

 There is an incredible silence after Lavender harvest. All the billions of bees are gone and there is no hum anymore.

Lavender Rush

 

If you get caught by the fragrance of the provence you are making crazy things..... I passed a wonderful lavender / corn field and I thought I should capture this impression. Here you are !

1'000'000 Bees and the Lavender House

When I was trying to capture this marvelous scene I suddenly recognized that I was not alone here. There were 1'000'000 bees peaceful at work . Well - that's was the reason to buy some of this tasty lavender honey ;-))

Heavy Lavender Field Clouds

 

As already mentioned in my previous post I headed south and I arrived at the right time (this year). The lavender was blooming and the fragrance of all these lavender fields is incredible. At the second afternoon heavy clouds arised and the wind came up.... what a parfum ... what an impression.
